The DVAC Artists’ Pages section of the DVAC Web site is ready! These pages will serve curators, collectors and casual art buyers, by allowing them to view your current and past work. Visit the Web site to see requirements and instructions. Do you need help? An informational workshop, led by Susan Cannon, will be held on Aug. 20, 2011, 10-11:30 a.m. Call to RSVP.

DVAC can also document your work for you for a very reasonable fee! Drop off your work on a designated day and receive your high-res images about a week later. The first drop-off day will be Aug. 20, 2011.

At the time of drop-off, please have a "DDFY," (Documentation Done For You), form filled out with the information forms attached to your pieces. Click here for the form.

Drop-off days & times:
Register for a drop-off date by calling the office or emailing Janelle Young a week prior to the dates listed below.

• Jan. 21, 2012; 10 a.m.-noon (pick artwork and high res images Jan. 28 a.m.-noon)
• Feb. 18, 2012; 10 a.m.-noon (pick artwork and high res images Feb. 25 a.m.-noon)
• ** If a scheduled drop-off or pick-up time will not work for you please call or email Janelle Young to see if other arrangements can be made.

Fees: Each artwork photographed is $8. Additional close-ups and or different views of the peice will be an additional $4 each.
